Technology Software Engineer
OneMain Financial is seeking candidates for a Technology Software Engineer to join our Information Technology team.
The Technology Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications within the Enterprise Systems Department.
This role can be located at any OneMain corporate location.

Work directly with your manager and peers to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications.
Lead the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible.
Hands on development assignments with the following technologies; Kofax Total Agility,.
NET Framework, JavaScript, IIS Based Applications, and Microsoft SQLPartner with Functional and QA Testers to validate solutions meet established standards.
Partner with infrastructure team to support promotion activities outside of normal business hours.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in an On-Call rotation.
Willingness to learn and embrace change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

years of proven hands-on development experience supporting enterprise applications.
4
years of proven direct, hands on experience in one or more of these technologies; Kofax Total Agility,.
NET Framework, JavaScript, IIS Based Applications, and Microsoft SQL.
4
years end user support, application testing, and application deployment experience.
Self-learner and self-driven.
Ability to create and foster relationships within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet established timelines.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with JIRA / Confluence is a plus.
